Honey and Apple Cider:

Add 2 teaspoons of apple cider along with a tablespoon of honey into a glass of lukewarm water. If the apple cider is not available, don’t worry. You can mix a teaspoon of lemon juice with an equivalent amount of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. Honey and Onion Juice:


Onion is well-known for its anti-bacterial properties. It also includes ‘flavonol quercetin’, which is a group of flavonoids known to reverse cholesterol.
